How we work, in plain English
We are a small, independent referral service focused on one area: the Temecula Valley. Our job is to make one good introduction between a homeowner and a licensed local roofer.
About our name
“Roof Quotes” describes what you end up with: a written quote from a licensed local roofer. We don’t write, price, or approve that quote. We are a free referral service that connects homeowners with licensed local roofers, and we are not a contractor.
What happens when you call or submit the form
- You tell us your ZIP code, the service you need, and how soon.
- We route your call or request to an independent, licensed roofer who serves your area. Some calls are connected through a referral network’s phone system, and calls may be recorded by us or the network for quality and verification.
- The roofer contacts you, visits if needed, and provides their own estimate. You decide whether to hire them.
How we make money
Roofers, or referral networks that work with roofers, pay us a fee for referrals. That’s how the service stays free for you. Because we are paid for referrals, we are not a neutral review or ranking site, and we won’t pretend to be one.
How roofers are chosen
- Every roofer we refer must hold an active California contractor license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
- You can verify any contractor’s license, and see any complaints or disciplinary actions, at cslb.ca.gov.
- We encourage you to ask for proof of insurance (general liability and, if they have employees, workers’ compensation), a written contract, and written warranty terms.
What we don’t do
- We don’t negotiate contracts or prices on anyone’s behalf.
- We don’t post fake reviews or testimonials.
- We don’t sell your information to a long list of contractors.
- We don’t take payment for roofing work.
Your contact preferences
If you submit the form and agree to be contacted, you can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text, ask any caller to stop, or email hello@temecularoofquotes.com. See our Privacy Policy for your privacy choices.
